Therapy and me
Some people arrive at therapy for a specific reason; others don’t know what is wrong but feel they need help to untangle many things. Others use therapy as a way to keep themselves well and healthy in mind, as they would do with their body. Whatever your reason I hope to be able to help you navigate this time in your life.
Some of the issues I work with are; relationships - the way we connect and attach to others, self esteem, sexual issues and health for both men and women, parenting concerns, addiction, codependence, anxiety in it's many forms, depression, loss of meaning and purpose in life, suicidal thoughts, career/work stress, loss/bereavement, LGBTQ+ issues.
I use the relationship we build together to inform me about who you are in the world. I focus on helping you to understand yourself, where you have been and what you need now to live a life that is right for you.
