Sessions
Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes for individuals and couples. Sessions are normally held on a weekly basis to ensure continuity.
The initial session is a good opportunity for us to see if we feel comfortable working together and to raise any questions you may have about counselling.

- £110 per session (Couples)
Hertfordshire
- £65 per session (Individuals)
- £85 per session (Couples)
I do not charge for sessions you cannot attend provided you give me a minimum of one weeks notice.
